In the morning we rely on hearty regional dishes, while in the afternoon Grandma's sweet (and of course healthy) treats appear on the buffet.

"Lunch & Snacks"
Conferences are often defined by the food. This makes it all the more important to serve participants a healthy and delicious lunch.
A buffet can be set-up in the catering area. Salads can be pre-portioned or presented as a buffet. The main course can also be presented either as a buffet or presented & ready-made by our friendly kitchen staff.

"Something else?"
Anyone can eat while sitting down. Eating while moving, chatting, and mingling – we love it! Why? Conferences are all about exchanging ideas. Sitting rigidly at a table doesn't encourage that.
All dishes are presented as small plates, decoratively arranged on crockery or in miniature jars, cornets, or mini swing-top bottles. The portions are larger than the usual finger food. And they're actually filling.
